| A: | No. Naxos Web Radio works only with Internet Explorer 6, FireFox 1.0 and Netscape 7.2. |
| Q: | The stream is experiencing frequent interruptions/drop-outs. What should I do? |
| A: | Either the bandwidth provided by your Internet Service Provider is inadequate or unstable (can happen during peak hours at night). Try switching from Near CD Quality (64Kbps) to FM Quality (20Kbps), which uses less bandwidth. |
