Q: Why can’t I hear any sound?
A:

In order to listen to Naxos Web Radio, you must use the following:

If Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 is installed on your computer, you may need to re-install Internet Explorer 6.0 and Windows Media Player 10 in order to listen to the channels.

If you have any pop-up blockers installed, please disable them as they may interfere with the operations of the system.

Does Naxos Web Radio work with all web browsers (Safari, Mozilla, etc.)?

A: No. Naxos Web Radio works only with Internet Explorer 6, FireFox 1.0 and Netscape 7.2.
   
Q: The stream is experiencing frequent interruptions/drop-outs. What should I do?
A: Either the bandwidth provided by your Internet Service Provider is inadequate or unstable (can happen during peak hours at night). Try switching from Near CD Quality (64Kbps) to FM Quality (20Kbps), which uses less bandwidth.

Can I choose the particular music I want to listen to from the list?

A: No. If you are looking for a listen on-demand feature, please visit www.naxos.com.
   
Q: How do I turn off the audible click at the start of each track? (PC only)
A: Sound Setting (under Sound and Audio Devices in Control Panel): Sound scheme = No sound
   
Q: The content in the Now Playing window never changes. How do I refresh the window?
A: If you are using FireFox or Netscape, press the F5 key to refresh the window.
